COMPILED WAVEFORM DATA SETS 
			     September 15, 2000	

This directory will contain precompiled data sets of available waveforms for
Magnitude 5.0+ and greater local earthquakes archived by the SCEDC.
We are currently working on creating data sets for Magnitude 5.0 and greater
aftershocks of the Hector Mines earthquake. Waveforms have been compiled for 
the mainshock.

Waveforms are stored in directories by the origin time of the earthquake.
We have created directories for the following Hector Mine earthquakes.
