The latest versions of the locations described in the
paper "Earthquake locations in southern California
obtained using source-specific station terms" 
(J. Geophys. Res., Vol. 105 No. B5, 2000) are 
in the file dinger-shearer.cat.   There is one
line per event with 17 columns per line.   The columns are
as follows:

 1:   Year of origin time 
 2:   Month of origin time
 3:   Day of origin time
 4:   Hour of origin time
 5:   Minute of origin time
 6:   Second of origin time  (time is UTC)
 7:   Latitude (degrees, North positive)
 8:   Longitude (degrees, East positive)
 9:   Depth (km, positive down)
10:   East-West standard error (km)
11:   North-South standard error (km)
12:   Vertical standard error (km)
13:   Origin time standard error (s)
14:   SCEC CUSP event id
15:   Magnitude (from SCEC)
16:   Number of P picks used in location
17:   Number of S picks used in location

There are 95 characters per line and 288,912 events so the file 
is about 27 MBytes.
